International Payee Tax Compliance ("IPTC") Team offers “virtual” 1:1 appointments for either administrators or foreign payment recipients through the Microsoft Bookings and Teams platforms to enhance our customer service. A few things to me mindful of:
- Limited “walk-in” customer service is available onsite, please see the Calendar for days/times.
- All 1:1 appointments, whether virtual or in-person, must be scheduled through Microsoft Bookings at least 24 business hours in advance, and no further out than 30 days.
- Currently, the IPTC Team remains available via phone (617) 495-8500 ext 5 (voicemail is available if all team members are assisting others) and via email FAD_IPTC@harvard.edu. These customer service offerings will remain unchanged.
- Appointments are never required to submit Sprintax Calculus documents or required paperwork. All documentation must be submitted electronically via Sprintax Calculus
- International Payee Tax Compliance is only able to provide assistance to members of the Harvard community or Harvard payment recipients.
- Please ensure you have access to the Microsoft Teams App ahead of your appointment. This will be necessary.
