The IRS requires that 1042-S forms be mailed by March 15th. As such, the 2017 1042-S forms are currently in process to meet that requirement. Due to extensive IRS updates relating to 1042-S reporting, we are unable to guarantee the forms will be available any sooner. If you have previously given consent through GLACIER, before December 29th 2017, to have your 1042-S form electronically available to you, then you will also be notified by email when your form is first available to access through GLACIER. Any changes to your information after December 29th, may not be reflected on your 2017 1042-S.
The 2016 1042-S tax reporting documents were mailed out on Feb. 27th, 2017. Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery and confirm whether you're actually meant to receive this tax reporting document before emailing email@example.com to request a reprint.
You should include the following in your email:
- Indicate“1042-S reprint” in the subject line of your email
- Include your full name, HUID, the tax year for which you're requesting a 1042-S, and your mailing address. If you'd prefer to pick it up from our office, you should indicate this, instead.
- Reprint requests take approximately 3 business days to process, once received
- Any reprint requests received prior to March 13th, 2017 will not be processed at all.
